COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

The Vendor retains full ownership of all copyrights to any works created under this Agreement in accordance with federal copyright law. All tangible and intangible products created in connection with this Agreement remain the exclusive property of the Vendor and may be used in the normal course of the Vendor’s business.

PERMITTED USES OF PRODUCT(S)

Upon receipt of purchased products, the Vendor grants the Client a non-exclusive license to use the product(s) for personal purposes, such as on personal websites and sharing with family and friends. The Client agrees to credit the Vendor in any public reproduction or distribution of the product(s). Additional rights may be negotiated, provided such rights are outlined in a written Agreement signed by both Parties.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We offer a 14-day return policy only for items that are damaged during shipping or misidentified. Orcadien Productions makes no representations or warranties regarding products sold, either express or implied. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The maximum liability to Orcadien Productions arising from any product sold is limited to the price of the product ordered.

In no event will Orcadien Productions, its officers, employees, or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold. This limitation of liability applies to all damages, including direct, indirect, compensatory, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your submission of an order does not signify our acceptance of it. Orcadien Productions reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If additional information is required to process your order, we may reach out to you before accepting or completing the transaction.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we will honor replacement requests for items damaged during shipping or for errors with the product within 14 days of receipt. Returns for replacement must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, complete condition.
• We do not accept returns for items that have been intentionally damaged or abused.
• Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing replacement orders.
• Claims for missing products must be reported within 10 days of shipment.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orcadien Productions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. Orders are processed and shipped directly to you from our printing lab. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
