We’re Mackie and Connor, a husband-and-wife team offering in-house photography, videography, and editing services for weddings and lifestyle events. What’s your booking process?

Booking your session is simple! Start by filling out our quick discovery form so we can learn more about you and your vision. Once we confirm our availability, we’ll hop on a call to go over all the details and make sure we’re the perfect fit. When you're ready to lock things in, full payment is required at the time of booking—50% of which acts as your non-refundable retainer. After that, you're all set! We’ll guide you through the next steps to ensure you're fully prepared for an amazing session.

How long will it take to receive my photos?

After your session, it typically takes 2-3 weeks for editing and delivery of your gallery. You’ll receive an email with a link to view and download your images.

How far in advance should I book?
  • It’s best to book at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons like spring, fall, and holidays. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We Get It—Life Happens!

Our Flexible Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that's okay! If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate. You can reschedule once for personal reasons, as long as you give us at least 48 hours' notice.

If you need to cancel or reschedule more than once for personal reasons, here’s what we offer:

Canceling more than 48 hours before your session?

You have two options:

  • Option 1: Get 25% of your booking fee refunded.
  • Option 2: Apply 50% of your booking fee toward a future session of the same type, valid for up to 365 days.

Canceling within 48 hours? If an emergency arises, we will retain 50% of the booking fee. However, 25% of it will be donated to a local charity to support those in need—because we believe in giving back while staying flexible.

We understand every situation is unique, and we’re here to find the best solution for you.

We’re committed to making your experience stress-free and enjoyable. If you need to make any changes, don’t hesitate to reach out—we truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to work with you!

What if the weather is bad on the day of my session?

We keep a close eye on the weather, and if it’s not ideal for your session, we’ll work with you to reschedule or find an indoor location to ensure the best possible results.

Where are you located, and do you travel?

We are based in NE Ohio, but we love to travel! Travel fees may apply for locations outside of our typical service area.

Can I print the photos myself?

Yes! You will receive full printing rights with your digital gallery, so you can print photos at any lab of your choice. We also offer high-quality print products for purchase directly through the gallery.

Do you provide albums or prints?

Yes! We offer premium albums, prints, and other keepsakes to help you display and cherish your memories for years to come. Let us know if you're interested in ordering any products after your session.
