We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, particularly during busy seasons like spring, fall, and the holidays. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible!

How do you ensure the best coverage of our event?

We start with a consultation to understand your event’s goals and vibe. From there, we create a detailed plan to ensure we’re in the right places at the right times to capture every important moment, while staying unobtrusive.

What is your turnaround time for photos and videos?

Turnaround times for photos and videos vary based on the specifics of your event and content needs. For example, a quick 1-minute social media highlight video with music may be delivered within just a few days, while more complex projects like interviews or extended films may take 2–4 weeks, depending on the amount of footage and editing required.

We understand how important timely delivery is, especially for social media engagement, and we do offer expedited options when available. We’ll discuss your specific needs and delivery expectations upfront to ensure you’re on the same page. Additionally, we provide sneak peeks for select events, so you can get an early preview of your content!

What kind of equipment do you use?

We use reliable, professional-grade equipment, including Canon R6 cameras for clear, vibrant photos and videos. For unique perspectives, we incorporate the DJI Mavic Air 2s drone and Osmo Pocket 3. We also utilize various audio equipment for capturing live sound and lighting when needed to enhance the atmosphere.

The equipment we use is tailored to your event’s needs, and we'll always discuss expectations to ensure we capture the moments that matter most to you.

Where are you located, and do you travel?

We are based in NE Ohio, but we love to travel! Travel fees may apply for locations outside of our typical service area.

Can we share the images and videos on social media?

Absolutely! Our deliverables are social media-friendly, and we love seeing our work shared. We do ask that you tag or credit us when posting to help others discover our services!

Do you provide albums or prints?

Yes! We provide high-quality albums, prints, and keepsakes to help you showcase and preserve your memories. If you're interested in ordering any products after your event, just let us know, and we'll be happy to assist you!
